Ohio Pitbulls Baseball is excited to announce we will be adding to the Lady Pitbulls Fastpitch program for the 2023 season. We are adding a 18U team to give more players the opportunity to play this great game. We offer a competitive club team package with an all inclusive price. No hidden fee's or extra uniform charges. One price includes the entire package.
Coaching Staff
Coach Matt Moran
Coach Moran is a 1992 graduate of Elyria Catholic High School. He has played outfield and pitcher throughout his playing career. Prior to the Lady Pitbulls he was an Associate Coach for Bay travel team. Most recently Coach Moran has been coaching softball at the high school level with Bay High School. Matt is in his third year with the Lady Pitbulls and will be coaching the 18U team.
Coach Samantha Rodriguez
Coach Rodriguez was a 4yr varsity starter for Cuyahoga Hts HS where she played 3rd base and pitcher. She helped them win a state title in 2014 and made a return trip in 2015. In 2015 she claimed a OHSAA record for most individual wins as a pitcher. She also played for Cleveland RBI where she helped win the RBI World Series in 2015. After graduating she went on to play softball at Malone University. She currently works as a nurse for Cleveland Clinic Pediatrics and does pitching lessons for local pitchers. Coach Rodriguez will be coaching the 16 Lady Pitbulls.
14U Coach Andrea Kimmel
Andrea Mitchell Kimmel has been coaching softball in the Cleveland area since 2018. She built the Rocky River Fastpitch Softball program in 2019 where she coached the 10u and 12u teams in the Emerald Necklace Softball league. Andrea grew up playing softball in Revere, MA on the North Shore of Boston. She went on the play division 1 Varsity softball at Revere High School where she was recruited by many colleges. She went on to play her freshman year at Brown University before deciding to focus on her studies. She served as the Hathway Brown pitching and assistant coaches for middle school and varsity during the 2022 season and was an assistant coach for the 14u Lady Pitbulls.
Coach Callie Moskal
Coach Moskal coaches on our 18U team and will be returning for the 2022 season. She is currently attending Capital University where she is studying Athletic Training, Psychology, and Strength & Conditioning while playing softball for the Crusaders.
